i was doing that table stretch that's in most of k stars hip mobility wods. definitly felt a lower split at the end, however, on my left hip, when i stretched belly button to knee, i ran into a "sharp" feeling. It felt like my hip just wanted to pop like cracking a knuckle. i hung out there for a bit and couldn't seem to work through it. I just wanted to know what that was. I also felt it when doing the last stretch from this one:
